摘 要:对广东梅州某工业园区项目在石灰岩富溶洞地区灌注桩基础工程施工时可能出现坍塌、漏浆、偏斜等影响桩基质量的问题,进行针对性的地基处理溶洞充填施工技术研究。研究总结了现场施工技术要点,形成一套完整的溶洞地区针对性地基处理施工技术,通过实际施工和检测数据,证明了预注浆充填效果良好,达到了预期目的。该技术可实施性强,效果显著,能显著降低处理费用和节约工期,取得较好的经济和时间效益。为石灰岩富溶洞地区进行针对性地基加固施工提供借鉴和参考。In view of the problems that may affect the quality of pile foundation such as collapse,slurry leakage and deflection during the construction of cast-in-place pile foundation engineering in the limestone karst cave-rich area of an industrial park project in Meizhou City,Guangdong Province,the construction technology of karst cave filling for targeted foundation treatment was studied.This study summarizes the key points of on-site construction technology,forms a complete set of targeted foundation treatment construction technology in karst cave area,and proves that the pre-grouting filling effect is good and achieves the expected purpose through actual construction and testing data.The technology has strong implementability and remarkable effect,which can significantly reduce the processing cost and save the construction period,and achieve good economic and time benefits.It provides reference for targeted foundation reinforcement construction in limestone cave-rich areas.
