摘 要:化石能源利用后CO_(2)的捕获是实现“双碳”目标的重要举措。Ca基吸附剂在高温下具有良好的CO_(2)循环吸附性能,可以实现CO_(2)高效吸附与分离。为开发低成本、高循环性能的Ca基吸附剂,本文以废弃鸡蛋壳为原料,分别采用溶胶凝胶自蔓延燃烧合成法和水热法制备Ca基吸附剂,并用钇(Y)对Ca基吸附剂进行掺杂,在高温固定床中考察了吸附剂的CO_(2)循环吸附性能。研究结果表明:溶胶凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备的Y掺杂改性Ca基吸附剂,样品结构疏松多孔,氧化物晶粒细小且比表面积大,具有良好的CO_(2)吸附和循环性能,首次吸附量高达0.581 g/g,5次循环吸附后衰减至0.531 g/g,15次循环吸附后衰减至0.504 g/g;Y掺杂可以提升Ca基吸附剂循环吸附性能,但对比不同Y掺杂量的样品,当CaO和Y_(2)O_(3)质量比为8:2时,改性Ca基吸附剂的循环吸附性能最好,最高吸附量可达0.65 g/g。水热法制备的Y掺杂Ca基吸附剂多呈球颗粒状晶体,其吸附性能明显不如自蔓延燃烧法制备所得样品。以鸡蛋壳为原料,通过溶胶凝胶自蔓延燃烧法可成功制备高效Ca基CO_(2)吸附剂,达到“以废治污”的目的,实现固废资源化利用。通过Y掺杂改性,能有效提升吸附剂循环性能,具有良好的工业应用前景。The capture of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))after the utilization of fossil energy is an important measure to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Calcium(Ca)-based adsorbent has good CO_(2)cyclic adsorption performance at high temperature,which can achieve efficient adsorption and separation of CO_(2).In order to develop Cabased adsorbents with low cost and high cycle performance,in this paper,calcium-based adsorbents were prepared by sol-gel self-propagating combustion synthesis and hydrothermal method using waste egg shells as raw materials,and Ca-based adsorbents were doped with yttrium(Y).The CO_(2)cycle adsorption performance of the adsorbent was investigated in a high temperature fixed bed.The results show that the Y-doped modified Ca-based adsorbent prepared by sol-gel self-propagating combustion method has a loose and porous structure,small oxide grains and large specific surface area,and has good CO_(2)adsorption and cycle performance.The initial adsorption capacity is as high as 0.581 g/g,which decays to 0.531 g/g after 5 cycles of adsorption,and decays to 0.504 g/g after 15 cycles of adsorption.Y doping can effectively improve the cyclic adsorption performance of Ca-based adsorbents.However,compared with samples with different Y doping amounts,when the mass ratio of CaO to Y_(2)O_(3)is 8:2,the cyclic adsorption performance of modified Ca-based adsorbents is the best,and the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 0.65 g/g.The Y-doped Ca-based adsorbents prepared by hydrothermal method are mostly spherical granular crystals,but the adsorption performance is obviously not as good as the samples prepared by self-propagating combustion method.Using egg shells as raw materials,high-efficiency Ca-based CO_(2)adsorbents can be successfully prepared by sol-gel selfpropagating combustion method to achieve the purpose of'treating pollution with waste'and realize the resource utilization of solid waste.Y doping modification can effectively improve the cycle performance of adsorbents and has good industrial
