摘  要:为降低机组运行时热耗率,给变工况下机组的技术经济计算提供依据,基于Ebsilon模拟了某百万机组的烟气余热耦合循环水废热深度梯级利用方案,提出了锅炉的简化模型与吸收式热泵模型,通过仿真计算优化并完善该方案,并对不同工况进行了仿真计算,以获得系统的运行参数。仿真结果表明,在阀门全开工况(value wide open,VWO)下,发电功率的模拟值高于设计值47 MW,相对误差小于5%,不同工况下热耗率的模拟相对误差绝对值均小于3.4%,证明模型模拟结果准确;采用烟气余热耦合循环水废热深度梯级利用方案后,热耗值在热耗率验收工况(turbine heat acceptance,THA)为30%的低负荷情况下,相比改造前系统下降了1.6%,显示出改造方案在低负荷深调工况下的最佳提升效果;Ebsilon能够准确模拟出该梯级利用方案,且方案能够显著降低机组运行的热耗率,特别是在低负荷工况下,对于提高能源利用效率和降低运行成本具有重要意义。Based on Ebsilon,the cascade utilization scheme of flue gas waste heat coupling circulating water waste heat depth of a million-unit was simulated.The scheme is optimized and improved by simulation calculation,and provides a reference for the technical and economic calculation of the unit under varying working conditions.The simplified boiler model and the absorption heat pump model are presented,and the simulation calculation is carried out under different working conditions to obtain the operating parameters of the system.The results show that the simulated power is 47 MW higher than the design value under fully open valve(VWO),with an error of less than 5%,while the simulated absolute error of heat consumption under different working conditions is less than 3.4%,indicating that the simulation results are accurate.In addition,after the transformation of flue gas waste heat utilization,especially under 30%THA low load condition,the heat consumption value of the system increases by 1.6%,which shows that the transformation scheme has the best improvement effect under low load deep regulation condition.In summary,Ebsilon software can effectively simulate the cascade utilization scheme of flue gas waste heat coupling circulating water waste heat depth,and the simulation results have high accuracy.The scheme can significantly increase the heat consumption rate of the unit operation,especially under low load conditions,which is of great significance for improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing operating costs.
