摘 要:为解决自动络筒机因定位杆结合件振动引发筒纱成形不良的问题,分析定位杆结合件的振动特性,采用机械振动理论推导并建立力学模型,确定定位杆结合件的选材、最优长度比,设计组合式定位杆结合件,并试验对比其振动性能。指出:组合式定位杆结合件的稳定性比整体式好,1Cr17和2A12材料组合的定位杆结合件稳定性最佳;组合式定位杆结合件能提升筒纱吸嘴距离补偿装置的可靠性,保证筒纱成形良好。In order to solve the problem of poor forming of cheese yarn caused by vibration of positioning rod combination in automatic winder,the vibration characteristics of the positioning rod combination are analyzed,a mechanical model is derived and established based on the theory of mechanical vibration,the material selection and the optimal length ratio of the positioning rod combination are determined,the combined type positioning rod combination is designed and its vibration performance is compared through experiments.It is pointed out that the stability of the combined type positioning rod combination is better than that of the whole type,and the stability of the positioning rod combination combined of 1Cr17 and 2A12 materials is the best.The combination positioning rod combination can improve the reliability of the nozzle distance compensation device and ensure the good forming of the cheese yarn.
