摘　　要：为适应涡流纺设备高速度、重定量、重加压、大牵伸及品种多样化的发展需要,介绍涡流纺技术的优势及局限,分析研发涡流纺胶辊的技术难点,详述涡流纺胶辊在新材料、新工艺等方面的品控要点及使用管理要点;通过纺纱实例,说明WRC-KS82型高速涡流纺胶辊的纺纱效果。指出:WRC-KS82型胶辊适用于涡流纺380 m/min~490 m/min的高速生产,适纺范围广,成纱质量稳定,使用寿命长。In order to meet the development needs of vortex spinning equipment,such as high speed,heavy weight,heavy pressure,big draft and variety diversification,the advantages and limitations of vortex spinning technology are introduced,the technical difficulties of development of vortex spinning cot are analyzed,and the key points of quality control and use management of vortex spinning cot in new materials,new processes and so on are described in detail.The spinning effect of WRC-KS82 high speed vortex spinning cot is illustrated by a spinning example.It is pointed out that WRC-KS82 cot is suitable for high speed production of vortex spinning of 380 m/min~490 m/min,with wide spinning range,stable yarn quality and long service life.
