前纺工序降低棉结的工艺探析

摘　　要：为了提高成纱质量,分析原棉采摘方式、棉花加工方式及前纺各工序对棉结的影响;以纺CJ 7.3 tex纱为例,针对原料指标设计清梳联工艺流程;详述清花工序抓棉机、开棉机、多仓混棉机、精开棉机工艺参数设置,梳棉工序梳理器材速度设置、针布型号配置、工艺隔距调整,以及精梳准备工艺和精梳工艺参数设置、给棉方式选择等技术要点。指出:清除棉结、杂质、短绒主要集中在前纺工序,需各工序相互协同;要加强对原棉的质量控制、各工序的质量过程控制,改善梳理条件,做好设备基础管理,提高设备及专件的先进性,持续优化各工序的工艺设计,确保各部位梳理器材的良好性能,持续提高保全工、值车工的操作技能。In order to improve the yarn quality,the effects of raw cotton picking methods,cotton processing methods and each fore-spinning process on neps are analyzed.Taking spinning CJ 7.3 tex yarn as an example,the blowing-carding process flow is designed according to the raw material index.The technical points such as technological parameters setting of cotton bale plucker,opener,multi-bin mixer and fine opener in blowing process,carding accessories speed setting,card clothing model configuration,process gauge adjustment,combing preparation process and combing process parameters setting and cotton feeding mode selection and so on are described in detail.It is pointed out that the removal of neps,impurities and short fibers is mainly concentrated in the fore-spinning process,and each process needs to cooperate with each other.It is necessary to strengthen the quality control of raw cotton and the quality process control of each process,improve carding conditions,do a good job in basic equipment management,improve the advancement of equipment and parts,continuously optimize the process design of each process,ensure the good performance of carding accessories in each parts,and continuously improve the operating skills of security workers and value turners.
