摘  要:为了降低精梳落棉率、减少纺纱成本,以100%新疆长绒棉为原料,在传统纺纱流程的基础上进行流程调整及工艺优化,设计4套纺纱方案;测试对比不同纺纱方案的纤维伸直度、精梳落棉率、精梳条质量及成纱质量指标,并通过SPSS软件对不同方案纺制的纱线品质差异显著性进行比较分析。结果表明:在精梳之前,调整并条次数及工艺参数,纤维的伸直平行度明显改善;在精梳准备前采用3道并条的纺纱工艺流程,落棉率下降3.2个百分点,纱线条干CV_(m)值改善,棉结略有增加,纱线断裂强度无明显差异,制成率由76%提高到80%。In order to reduce noil rate in combing and reduce the spinning cost,four spinning schemes are designed based on the traditional spinning process adjustment and process optimization with 100%Xinjiang long-staple cotton as raw material.The indexes of fiber straightness,combed noil rate,combed silver quality and yarn quality of different spinning schemes are tested and compared,and the significant difference of yarn quality of different spinning schemes by SPSS software is compared and analyzed.The results show that the straightness and parallelism of the fibers are obviously improved by adjusting the number of drawing times and process parameters before combing.When the spinning process of three drawing is adopted before combing preparation,the noil rate decreased by 3.2 percentage points,the CV_(m)value of yarn evenness is improved,the nep is slightly increased,the breaking strength of yarn is not significantly different,and the production rate is increased from 76%to 80%.
