摘　　要：为了满足CM 7.3×CJ/S 80/209.7453×3741372/2面料的质量要求,对标CJ/S 80/209.7 tex纱成纱质量,优选原料、纺纱工艺流程以及纤维混合方法,详述棉/绢丝混纺紧密纱各生产工序主要工艺要点和相关工艺参数设定。通过测试成纱指标和织布机效率,指出:优选原料和混纤方式,合理使用抗静电剂,做好纺纱各工序工艺控制,优化工艺参数,把控各工序质量,做好机台清洁和温湿度等生产管理,棉/绢丝混纺9.7 tex紧密纱成纱指标良好,织机平均效率在80%以上。In order to meet the fabric quality requirements of CM 7.3×CJ/S 80/209.7453×3741372/2,the raw materials,spinning process flow and fiber blending method are optimized according to the yarn quality of CJ/S 80/209.7 tex yarn.The main process points and related process parameters setting of cotton/spun silk blending compact yarn in each production process are described in detail.By testing the yarn index and loom efficiency,it is pointed out that by optimizing the raw materials and fiber blending method,reasonably using antistatic agent,controlling each production process well,optimizing the process parameters,controlling the quality of each process,and doing a good job in production management such as machine cleaning,temperature and humidity,etc.,the yarn index of cotton/spun silk blending 9.7 tex compact yarn is good,and the average loom efficiency can be above 80%.
