摘　　要：为降低棉纺企业用电成本,通过介绍棉纺企业用电现状说明前期设备选型对吨纱用电的重要性,分析山东某10万锭纺织企业空压机配备经验,结合宁夏实际环境,将空压机原1开1备设计方案优化为2开1备方案并实施。指出:设备选型决定棉纺企业电耗,棉纺企业应在建厂初期做好空压机设计方案;宁夏6万纱锭、14台72锭自动络筒机开1台7.5 m^(3)/min的空压机,用气满足生产要求;相比1开1备设计,2开1备的空压机方案,每年可节省电费约52.62万元,6年累计节省电费约315.72万元。In order to reduce the cost of electricity for cotton spinning enterprises,the importance of equipment selection for electricity consumption per ton yarn is explained by introducing the current situation of electricity consumption in cotton spinning enterprises,and the experience of air compressor equipment in a textile enterprise with 100 thousand spindles in Shandong is analyzed.Combined with the actual environment in Ningxia,the original one operation and one ready design scheme of air compressor is optimized to two operation and one ready scheme and implemented.It is pointed out that the electricity consumption of cotton spinning enterprises is determined by equipment selection,and the design scheme of air compressor should be made in the early stage of plant construction.Ningxia 60 thousand spindles and 14 sets 72 spindles automatic winder with a air compressor of 7.5 m^(3)/min,gas can meet production requirements.Compared with the one operation and one ready design,the two operation and one ready air compressor scheme can save about 526200 yuan in electricity costs per year,and the cumulative savings in electricity costs for six years is about 3157200 yuan.
