摘  要:为开发一种蜂巢组织的保暖织物,根据棉纤维、普通竹浆纤维、中空竹浆纤维及细号涤纶纤维性能优势及结构特点,设计不同混纺比的9.7 tex纱,分析中空竹浆纤维/涤纶纤维/棉纤维混纺纱纺纱流程及各工序的工艺参数、技术难点,并对比不同纱线的成纱指标;设计中空竹浆纤维/涤纶纤维/棉纤维混纺纱织物规格及组织,分析其织造工序工艺参数与技术难点,并与精梳棉、普通竹浆纤维织物进行面料服用舒适性能指标对比。指出:中空竹浆纤维蓬松轻盈,但强力低、抱合性差、易损伤,与适当比例的棉纤维和细号涤纶纤维混纺,可有效提高可纺性和纱线的综合指标;使用中空竹浆纤维混纺纱生产的织物具有良好的保暖性、柔软性和透湿性等服用性能。In order to develop a honeycomb thermal fabric,9.7 tex yarn with different blended ratio is designed according to the performance advantages and structural characteristics of cotton fiber,ordinary bamboo pulp fiber,hollow bamboo pulp fiber and fine polyester fiber.The spinning process,technological parameters and technical difficulties of each process of hollow bamboo pulp fiber/polyester fiber/cotton fiber blended yarn are analyzed,and the yarn indexes of different yarns are compared.The specifications and structure of the fabric of the hollow bamboo pulp fiber/polyester fiber/cotton fiber blended yarn are designed,the technical parameters and technical difficulties of the weaving process are analyzed,and the comfort performance of the fabric is compared with that of combed cotton and ordinary bamboo pulp fiber fabric.It is pointed out that the hollow bamboo pulp fiber is fluffy and light,but it has low strength,poor cohesive property and is easy damage.The spinnability and comprehensive index of yarn can be effectively improved by blending with appropriate proportion of cotton fiber and fine polyester fiber.The fabric produced by using the blended yarn of hollow bamboo pulp fiber has good wearing properties such as thermal insulation,softness and moisture permeability.
