摘　　要：为了促进纺纱智能化的发展,介绍我国在信息化到两化融合再到新一代信息技术加持的智能制造战略部署,从多维度理解物联网在制造业的两化融合,阐述两化融合和智能纺纱的关键发展目标,分析纺纱主体工程信息化、智能化中纺纱生产管理、主机管理、辅助管理和主体工程4个环节的发展现状。指出:原创技术是衡量纺织强国和行业领跑者的标志性评判标准,对智能纺纱为主题的原始创新及应用应成为行业转型升级和高质量发展强化的重要方面;智能检测装备行动计划的发布,纺织智能检测技术与系统的强化和促进,将有力推进智能纺纱的进程;细纱机锭位智能监控技术是对纺纱状态和纱线质量在线检测专用传感器技术的突破;我国纺纱工业应将国内领先转变为国际领先,突破行业发展瓶颈,开拓智能化纺纱新局面,为产业转型升级开辟新路径,为产业高质量发展拓展新思维。In order to promote the development of spinning intelligence,the strategic deployment of intelligent manufacturing in China,from informatization to integration of informatization and industrialization to the blessing of new generation information technology,is introduced.The integration of informatization and industrialization of the internet of things in manufacturing industry is understood from multiple dimensions.The key development goals of the integration of informatization and industrialization and intelligent spinning are expounded,and the development present situation of the main spinning project informatization,intelligent spinning production management,host management,auxiliary management and four links of main project are analyzed.It is pointed out that original technology is a symbolic criterion to measure a powerful textile country and industry pacemaker,and the original innovation and application on the theme of intelligent spinning should become an important aspect of industry transformation and upgrading and high-quality development strengthening.The release of the action plan of intelligent detection equipment and the strengthening and promotion of textile intelligent detection technology and system will strongly promote the process of intelligent spinning.The intelligent monitoring technology of spinning frame spindle position is a breakthrough of special sensor technology for on-line detection of spinning state and yarn quality.The spinning industry in China should change from domestic leading to international leading,breakthrough the bottleneck of industry development,open up a new situation of intelligent spinning,open up a new path for industrial transformation and upgrading,and expand new thinking for high-quality development of industry.
