摘　　要：为推动国产精梳机技术进步,阐述国产精梳机在高速高效优质低耗、全自动棉卷运输系统、自动换卷和接头系统等方面取得的突破和进展,通过与国外品牌精梳机对比,解析国产精梳机存在的问题并提出解决措施,探讨国产精梳机运行速度以及润滑周期。指出:国产精梳机在高效、高速、节能、降噪、自动化和智能化等技术领域进步很大,其与国外精梳机的差距主要体现在运行稳定性和可靠性方面,核心技术短板在于制造精度、基础材料质量;国产精梳机应根据出厂时间确定上机工艺车速并做好润滑;精梳机制造企业应协同器材制造企业、使用企业,在基础材料、工人素质、加工精度、装配精度、服务跟踪等方面下功夫。In order to promote the technical progress of domestic combers,the breakthroughs and progress of domestic combers in the aspects such as high speed,high efficiency,high quality and low consumption,automatic cotton lap transportation system,automatic lap changing and joint system are described.By comparing with combers of foreign brands,the problems existing in domestic combers are analyzed,the solutions are put forward,and the running speed and lubrication cycle of domestic combers are discussed.It is pointed out that domestic combers have made great progress in the technical fields of high efficiency,high speed,energy saving,noise reduction,automation and intelligence,and the gap between domestic combers and foreign combers is mainly reflected in the running stability and reliability,and the shortcomings of core technologies are manufacturing accuracy and quality of basic materials.We should determine the process speed and make good lubrication for domestic combers according to the factory time.Comber manufacturing enterprises should cooperate with accessories manufacturing enterprises and using enterprises to make efforts in basic materials,worker quality,processing accuracy,assembly accuracy,service tracking,and so on.
