摘　　要：妊娠滋养细胞疾病是一组来源于胎盘滋养细胞的疾病,根据组织学分为良性、恶性妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤,后者较常见的类型是侵蚀性葡萄胎和绒毛膜癌。本文报道1例侵蚀性葡萄胎误诊的诊治过程,以期为临床诊治提供参考。Gestational trophoblastic disease is a group of diseases derived from placental trophoblastic cells.According to the histology,it is divided into benign and malignant gestational trophoblastic tumors,the more common types of the latter are invasive mole and choriocarcinoma.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of misdiagnosis of invasive mole,in order to provide reference fo r clinical diagnosis and treatment.
