摘　　要：目的 观察针刺联合穴位注射治疗肝肾亏虚证轻、中度糖尿病足绝经后女性患者的效果。方法选取山东省第二人民医院2022年6月至2024年1月收治的86例轻、中度糖尿病足绝经后女性患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=43)、对照组(n=43)。对照组给予穴位注射甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,比较两组临床治疗有效率、疼痛评分、足部溃疡愈合情况、足背动脉血流动力学、血清相关因子水平。结果 观察组总有效率较对照组升高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,足部溃疡面积小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组足背动脉血流速度、搏动指数较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血管内皮生长因子水平较对照组升高,同型半胱氨酸水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合穴位注射治疗肝肾亏虚证轻、中度糖尿病足绝经后女性患者的效果较好,能够促进创面愈合,改善足背动脉血流情况。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of postmenopausal female patients with mild and moderate diabetic foot syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 86 postmenopausal women with mild and moderate diabetic foot admitted to the Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with acupoint injection of Mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effective rate,pain score,foot ulcer healing,hemodynamics of dorsal foot artery,and serum related factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the foot ulcer area was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity and pulsation index of dorsal pedis artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of homocysteine was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection is effective in the treatment of postmenopausal female patients with mild and moderate diabetic foot syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency,which can promote wound healing and improve the blood flow of dorsal foot artery.
