摘　　要：弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病是罕发于育龄期妇女的一种良性疾病,常伴不孕。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是一种非侵入性治疗子宫肌瘤的方法,目前临床应用越来越广泛,但关于弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病患者HIFU治疗后妊娠结局鲜有文献报道。本文报道一例弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病患者HIFU消融后成功分娩的病例。Diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis is a benign disease that rarely occurs in women of child-bearing period and often accompanied by infertility.High-intensity focused ultrasound is a non-invasive treatment for uterine fibroids,and is now more and more widely used in clinical practice.However,there are few literature reports on the outcomes of pregnancy after HIFU ablation in patients with diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis.This article reports a case of successful delivery after HIFU ablation in a patient with diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis.
