摘　　要：目的观察康复新液^(+)单磷酸阿糖腺苷对疱疹性口腔炎患儿免疫功能与炎症因子的影响。方法选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院口腔科、新乡市中心医院口腔科2022年1月至2023年12月收治的80例疱疹性口腔炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40,单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗)与观察组(n=40,康复新液^(+)单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗)。比较两组炎症因子水平、免疫功能、症状消失时间。结果治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液^(+)单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床效果较好,可提升免疫功能,促进症状消失及炎症反应消退。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid^(+)Vidarabine Monophosphate on immune function and inflammatory factors in children with herpetic stomatitis.Methods A total of 80 children with herpetic stomatitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology,No.988 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force and the Department of Stomatology,Xinxiang Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(n=40,treated with Vidarabine Monophosphate)and the observation group(n=40,treated with Kangfuxin Liquid^(+)Vidarabine Monophosphate)using the random number table method.The inflammatory factors,immune function,and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the interleukin-10 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αlevels were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher those in the control group,the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid^(+)Vidarabine Monophosphate in the treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis is good,which can enhance immune function,promoting symptom disappearance and inflammatory response resolution.
