摘　　要：目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在小儿重症肺炎评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性选择2020年10月至2023年10月淄博市妇幼保健院接收的重症肺炎患儿100例、轻症肺炎患儿100例和健康体检儿童100例进行研究,采集空腹静脉血进行PCT、SAA、IL-6检测,比较三组各指标水平,比较PCT、SAA、IL-6单一诊断与联合诊断小儿重症肺炎的效能。结果三组PCT、SAA、IL-6水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症肺炎患儿PCT、SAA、IL-6水平比轻症肺炎和健康儿童更高(P<0.05);轻症肺炎患儿PCT、SAA、IL-6水平比健康儿童更高(P<0.05)。PCT、SAA、IL-6联合诊断小儿重症肺炎的AUC均高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患儿PCT、SAA、IL-6水平均明显上升,联合诊断可作为指导小儿重症肺炎临床诊治的重要参考依据。Objective To explore the application value of procalcitonin(PCT),serum amyloid A protein(SAA),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the evaluation of severe pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with severe pneumonia,100 children with mild pneumonia,and 100 healthy children admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected for the study.Fasting venous blood was collected for PCT,SAA,and IL-6 detection,and the levels of each index in the three groups were compared,to compare the efficacy of PCT,SAA,IL-6 single diagnosis and combined diagnosis of severe pneumonia in children.Results There were significant differences in the levels of PCT,SAA,and IL-6 among the three groups(P<0.05).The children with severe pneumonia had higher levels of PCT,SAA,and IL-6 than the children with mild pneumonia and the healthy children(P<0.05).The levels of PCT,SAA,and IL-6 in children with mild pneumonia were higher than those in healthy children(P<0.05).The AUC of the combination of PCT,SAA,and IL-6 in diagnosing severe pneumonia in children was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of PCT,SAA,and IL-6 significantly increase in children with pneumonia,and the com bined diagnosis has a high r esearch value as a basis for guiding clinical treatment.
