摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在小儿病毒性脑炎中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月滨州市中心医院收治的80例病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用整体护理,比较两组症状缓解时间(发热、恶心呕吐、头痛)、依从性、住院时间、满意度及生活质量水平。结果试验组发热、恶心呕吐、头痛症状缓解时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);试验组依从性评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后试验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在小儿病毒性脑炎中的应用效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in children with viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 80 children with viral encephalitis admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received holistic nursing.The symptom relief time(fever,nausea,vomiting,headache),compliance,hospitalization time,satisfaction,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of fever,nausea,vomiting,and headache in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of holistic nursing in children with vi ral encephalitis is better.
