摘　　要：目的 分析不同角度的体位护理对新生儿监护室极低出生体重儿体格发育、神经发育及并发症的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年9月徐州市贾汪区人民医院新生儿监护室收治的60例极低出生体重儿,采用抽签法分为两组,每组各30例。两组均接受一致的新生儿监护室护理,对照组采取左右侧卧体位,观察组采取俯卧位,比较两组体格发育指标、神经发育指标、并发症总发生率。结果 观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理后的体格发育指标、神经发育指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 俯卧位护理更有助于促进新生儿监护室极低出生体重儿体格发育与神经发育,减少相关并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of different angle postural nursing on physical development,neurodevelopment,and complications of very low birth weight infants in neonatal care unit.Methods Sixty very low birth weight infants admitted to Neonatal Care Unit,People’s Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups by the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups received the same neonatal care unit nursing,the control group was in the left and right side position,the observation group was in the prone position,and the physical development indicators,neurodevelopment indicators,and the total complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the indexes of physical development and neurodevelopment after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prone position nursing can promote the physical and neurological development of very low birth weight infants in neonatal care unit,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and is worthy o f promotion.
