发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)护理中对早产儿施以发展性照顾的效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年9月滨州医学院附属医院NICU收治的78例早产儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组予以发展性照顾,比较两组护理效果。结果试验组喂奶量为(462.35±41.25)ml/d,多于对照组的(359.62±34.56)ml/d(P<0.05);试验组体重恢复时间为(6.63±2.26)d、住院时间为(33.50±6.82)d,短于对照组的(9.35±3.25)d、(41.40±7.40)d(P<0.05);试验组睡眠时间为(20.10±2.23)h/d,长于对照组的(15.68±1.26)h/d(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率(5.13%)低于对照组(28.21%)(P<0.05)。相较于护理前,两组护理后的新生儿神经行为发育评分均升高,试验组[(38.95±0.42)分]高于对照组的(37.15±0.40)分(P<0.05);试验组家属总满意率(97.44%)高于对照组(79.49%)(P<0.05)。结论在NICU护理中,对早产儿施以发展性照顾可促进早产儿生长发育,降低不良反应发生率,且可提高家属满意度,值得推广。Objective To observe the application effect of developmental care in the nursing of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods A total of 78 premature infants in NICU,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received developmental care.The nursing effect in the two groups was compared.Results The feeding volume of experimental group was(462.35±41.25)ml/d,which was more than(359.62±34.56)ml/d of control group(P<0.05).The weight recovery time([6.63±2.26]d)and hospitalization time([33.50±6.82]d)in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group([9.35±3.25]d and[41.40±7.40]d)(P<0.05).The sleep time of experimental group was(20.10±2.23)h/d,which was longer than(15.68±1.26)h/d of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(5.13%)was lower than that in the control group(28.21%)(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the neurobehavioral development score of neonates in both groups after nursing was increased,and the score of experimental group([38.95±0.42]points)was higher than that of control group([37.15±0.40]points)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the experimental group(97.44%)was higher than that in the control group(79.49%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of NICU,developmental care for premature infants can promote the growth and development of premature infants,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of promotion.
