摘　　要：目的探讨基于ABC-X模型的护理干预对宫颈癌患者创伤后成长和疾病获益感的影响。方法选取曹县第二人民医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的100例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组采取一般护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取基于ABC-X模型的护理干预。比较两组创伤后成长情况、疾病获益感及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组简体中文版创伤后成长评定量表各维度评分及总分、癌症患者疾病获益感量表各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ABC-X模型的护理干预可提高宫颈癌患者创伤后成长和疾病获益感,减少并发症。Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention based on ABC-X model on posttraumatic growth and sense of disease benefit of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Caoxian Second People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)using the random number table method.The control group received general nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on ABC-X model.The posttraumatic growth,sense of disease benefit,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,all dimensions scores and total scores of Chinese-posttraumatic growth inventory and cancer patient disease benefit finding scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on ABC-X model can improve the posttraumatic growth and sense of disease benefit of cervical cancer patients,and reduc e complications.
