心理护理在女性更年期抑郁患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理在女性更年期抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月至2023年4月山东省戴庄医院收治的106例女性更年期抑郁患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各53例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理干预。比较两组心理状态、心理弹性、社会功能、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、症状自评量表评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组坚韧、自强、乐观评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组社会功能缺陷筛选量表、社交技能量表评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论女性更年期抑郁患者进行心理护理干预可进一步排解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高心理弹性和社会功能,改善生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in female patients with menopausal depression.Methods A total of 106 female patients with menopausal depression admitted to Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the female patients were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,psychological resilience,social function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale,and symptom checklist-90 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group had higher scores of resilience,self-improvement,and optimism than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of social disability screening schedule and social skills checklist in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group had higher physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for female patients with menopausal depression can further alleviate anxiety and depression emotions,improve psychological resilience,social function,and quality of life,which is worth promoting.
