摘　　要：面对当代健康风险特征,充分释放中医药的多元价值与功能,具有重要的健康风险治理价值。中医药高质量发展是中医药健康风险治理效能充分释放的“质态”总和,是医学与健康观念的创新、中医药优势的充分展示、健康风险治理的制度自觉。基于此,提出中医药高质量发展的两个基本任务:一是基于健康风险治理的中医药知识创新,构建中医药健康风险治理的话语逻辑;二是基于中医药高质量发展的制度支持和政策优化,创新健康获得方式。Facing the characteristics of contemporary health risks,it is of great value to fully release the multiple values and functions of traditional Chinese medicine.The high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine is the sum of the"qualitative-state"of the full release of the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in health risk governance.It is also an innovation in medical and health concepts,a full demonstration of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and a conscious institutional approach to health risk governance.Based on this,two basic tasks for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine have been proposed.One is to innovate the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine based on health risk management,and to construct the discourse logic of health risk governance of traditional Chinese medicine;The second is based on institutional support and policy optimization for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine,innovating ways to obtain health.
