摘　　要：新质生产力强调创新为主导,其高科技、高效能和高质量的生产力形态已渗透到卫生健康领域,对公立医院财务管理产生了深刻的影响。公立医院应深入分析新质生产力与财务管理要素之间的关系,构建适应新质生产力的财务管理创新与发展路径:完善制度流程,建立数智化财务管理系统,加强业财融合,重视风险防控,培养数字化财务管理人才队伍,持续提升财务管理全要素生产率,助力公立医院健康可持续发展。New quality productivity emphasizes innovation as the mainstay,and the form of high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality productivity has penetrated into the healthcare industry,which has also had a profound impact on the financial management of public hospitals.Public hospitals should deeply analyze the relationship between new quality productivity and financial management elements,and build financial management innovation and development paths that adapt to new quality productivity,including improving institutional processes,establishing a smart financial management system,strengthening the integration of industry and finance,paying attention to risk prevention and control,and cultivating a team of digital financial management talents.It is necessary to continuously improve the total factor productivity of financial management to help public hospitals achieve sustainable and healthy development.
