摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速和物流行业的发展,优化城市配送组织方式成为当前物流领域亟需解决的问题之一。文章以合同物流城市配送组织策略对物流行业可持续发展的影响为研究对象,探讨了数字赋能合同物流城市配送的方式,并提出了数字化背景下合同物流城市配送组织策略的构想。通过赋能供应链、提升配送效率、联动顾客企业,以及推动行业的绿色可持续发展,实现了降本增效、增强用户体验、价值共创和履行社会责任的目标,为城市配送的可持续发展提供了新的思路和方法。With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of the logistics industry,the optimization of urban distribution organization has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current logistics field.The article takes the impact of contract logistics uban distribution organization strategies on the sustainable development as the research object,explores the ways of digital empowerment of contract logistics urban distribution,and proposes the concept of contract logistics urban distribution organization strategies in the context of digitalization.By empowering the supply chain,improving distribution efficiency,linking customers and enterprises,and promoting the green and sustainable development,the goals of cost reduction and efficiency increase,enhancing user experience,value co-creation,and fulfilling social responsibilities have been achieved,providing new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of urban distribution.
