摘 要:随着我国农村经济建设的不断推进,农村物流体系的建设也在快速发展,农村物流业对于促进农村经济发展、改善农村居民生活、推动乡村振兴和农业现代化具有重要意义,必须得到积极推动和支持,考虑到现阶段排污总量目标等环境规制要求,将对高速发展的农村物流体系的建设形成制约,故从农村物流体系的发展入手,厘清排污总量控制政策对农村物流体系建设的制约因素,针对性提出农村绿色物流体系建设的优化对策,以实现农村物流体系与生态环境的协调发展。With the continuous advancement of China's rural economic construction,the construction of rural logistics system also develops rapidly.Rural logistics industry is of great significance in promoting rural economic development,improving the life of rural residents,and promoting the rural revitalization and agricultural modernization,and must be actively promoted and supported.The environmental regulatory requirements such as the total emission target at this stage will form a constraint on the construction of rural logistics system with high speed development.Therefore,starting from the development of rural logistics system,this article clarifies the constraints of total emission control policy on the construction of rural logistics system,and put forward optimization countermeasures for the construction of rural green logistics system,so as to realize the coordinated development of rural logistics system and ecological environment.
