摘 要:随着全球化和技术的快速发展,传统物流供应链迎来了全新的变革机遇。智能化和自动化技术在物流供应链中的引入改变了物流和供应链的操作方式,提高了效率、降低了成本,并提升了服务质量。因此,文章探讨了自动化技术的集成与应用、数据驱动的决策支持系统、机器学习在库存管理中的应用以及物联网技术在物流跟踪与监控中的应用等优化路径,并通过案例分析和定量分析验证了智能化与自动化技术在物流供应链优化方面的实效,以期为企业实现供应链的数字化转型提供理论参考。With the rapid development of globalisation and technology,the traditional logistics supply chain is facing a new opportunity for change.The introduction of intelligence and automation technology in logistics supply chains has changed the operational methods of the logistics and supply chain,improved efficiency,reduced costs,and enhanced the service quality.Therefore,the article discusses the integration and application of automation technology,data-driven decision support system,the application of machine learning in inventory management,and the application of Internet of Things(IoT)technology in logistics tracking and monitoring and other optimisation paths,and verifies the practical effects of intelligence and automation technology in optimising the logistics supply chain through case studies and quantitative analysis,with a view to providing theoretical references for the enterprises to realise the digital transformation of their supply chains.
