摘　　要：文章针对宁乡花猪肉冷链物流溯源系统在供应链环节出现的产品质量参差不齐、存在有害健康的添加剂和“假冷链”运输等情况,以及单链溯源系统存储负荷重、并行能力弱等缺点,在分析宁乡花猪肉冷链物流流程的基础上,结合供应链中的养殖、加工、检测、运输、交易等环节,设计了隐私链、共享链、监管链与溯源链等多链共存的主体链,搭建了涵盖数据感知层、数据预处理层、网络传输层、区块链存储层、智能合约层、应用服务层、监管审计层与交互展示层的8层框架结构,实现了对宁乡花猪肉从养殖到销售全过程的追溯与监管,能够确保产品信息的全过程透明化,提高消费者对所购买产品质量安全的信任度,促进市场的良性发展。In view of the uneven product quality,harmful additives and"fake cold chain"transportation issues in the supply chain links of the Ningxiang pork cold chain logistics traceability system,as well as the shortcomings of the single chain traceability system,such as heavy storage load and weak parallel ability,on the basis of the analysis of the cold chain logistics process of Ningxiang pork,and combined with the five links in the supply chain,such as breeding,processing,testing,transportation and trading,this article designs the main chain with multiple chains such as privacy chain,sharing chain,supervision chain and traceability chain,builds the eight-layer framework structure of data perception layer,data preprocessing layer,network transmission layer,blockchain storage layer,intelligent contract layer,application service layer,regulatory audit layer and interactive display layer,and realizes the traceability and supervision of Ningxiang pork from breeding to sales,in order to ensure the transparency of the whole process of product information,improve the consumers'trust in the quality and safety of the products they buy,and promote the benign development of the market.
