摘　　要：在“基层治理共同体建设”成为国家治理现代化建设目标之一的政策语境下,如何进一步推动“各类组织积极协同”参与基层治理,无疑成为实践探索和学术研究亟待解决的课题。作为推动社会发展的重要一员,中国高校不应局限于传统的教学和科研工作,而是应借鉴国外“大学的社区,社区的大学”之理念,积极推动“高校-社区联动”并展开相关实践,以此助力我国基层治理现代化建设。鉴于此,从“理论诠释”和“实践动向”这两个维度出发,对国内外有关“高校-社区联动”的理论研究和探索实践进行考察和分析,并立足我国国情提出若干展望,以期深化我国基层治理现代化所要求的“各类组织积极协同”之内涵与外延。In the context of“constructing a grassroots governance community”as a goal for modernization of national governance system,the question of how to further promote the active coordination among various organizations in grassroots governance has become a prominent issue for both practical exploration and academic research without doubt.Universities,as an important contributor of social development,should not confine themselves to traditional teaching and research.Instead,they should adopt the concept of“the community for the university,the university for the community”from abroad to actively promote“university-community collaboration”and engage in relevant practices to support the modernization of grassroots governance in China.Accordingly,this paper examines and analyzes domestical and international“university-community collaboration”from the perspectives of“theoretical inspection”and“practical trends”.It proposes several prospects based on the Chinese context to deepen the understanding and extension of“active coordination among various organizations”required for the modernization of China's grassroots governance.
