超临界水氧化法处理含油污泥的特性分析

摘  要:伴随我国原油需求量的日益增加,含油污泥作为原油使用过程中的额外产物也保持增长。超临界水氧化技术作为一种具有前景的有机废物处理终端技术被国内外学者广泛关注。采用超临界水氧化技术处理含油污泥可以实现含油污泥彻底的减量化和无害化,并且对氧化过程中释放的热量进行回收可以实现含油污泥资源化利用。采用小型高温高压反应釜对不同过程参数下的含油污泥降解规律进行研究,并对三相产物进行检测分析,在此基础上探究不同反应温度及反应时间下的含油污泥超临界水氧化动力学分析。结果表明:当反应温度为640℃时,COD(化学需氧量)去除率达到99.41%,出水COD为465 mg/L。超临界水氧化反应中的动力学参数:活化能为43.83 kJ/mol,指前因子为1136.12 s^(-1)。结果表明超临界水氧化技术可以实现含油污泥无害化处理。Along with the increasing demand of crude oil in China,oily sludge as an additional product in the process of crude oil also keeps growing.Supercritical water oxidation technology as a promising terminal technology for organic waste treatment is widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.The treatment of oily sludge by supercritical water oxidation technology can realize the complete reduction and harmlessness of oily sludge,and the recovery of heat released during the oxidation process can realize the resource utilization of oily sludge.A small high temperature and high pressure reactor was used to study the degradation of oily sludge under different process parameters,and the three phase products were detected and analyzed.Based on this,the kinetic analysis of supercritical water oxidation of oily sludge was investigated under different reaction temperatures and reaction times.The results show that COD removal rate reaches 99.41%when the reaction temperature is 640℃,and the effluent COD is 465 mg/L.The kinetic parameters in the supercritical water oxidation reaction are as follows:the activation energy is 43.83 kJ/mol,and the finger-forward factor is 1136.12 s^(-1).The results show that supercritical water oxidation technology can realize the harmless treatment of oily sludge.
