摘  要:DMCD(1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯)是制备CHDM(1,4-环己烷二甲醇)的重要原料,DMT(对苯二甲酸二甲酯)加氢制备DMCD是一种重要的制备方法。由于目前还缺少对DMT加氢制备DMCD动力学的相关研究,故在固定床反应器中使用2Ru-1W/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,对DMT加氢过程进行反应动力学的研究。在排除传质影响的前提下,分别考察反应温度、压力、原料空速以及氢酯比(摩尔比)对加氢反应的影响;基于LHHW(Langmuir-Hinshelwood-Hougen-Watson)基本假定,将复杂的反应过程简化,并通过参数回归得到该反应的动力学模型。结果表明:对于该加氢反应,最适宜的反应条件为温度130℃、压力4 MPa、氢酯比100:1;模型对反应转化率的预测情况与实验所得数据吻合良好,数据相对误差在允许范围内,研究结果可为DMT加氢制备DMCD的工业化提供指导。DMCD(dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexane dimethylate)is an important raw material for the preparation of CHDM(1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol),and the hydrogenation of DMT(dimethyl terephthylate)to prepare DMCD is an important preparation method.Due to the lack of relevant studies on the kinetics of DMT hydrogenation to DMCD,the kinetics of DMT hydrogenation process was studied by using 2Ru-1W/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst in a fixed bed reactor.The effects of temperature,pressure,feedstock space velocity and hydrogen to ester ratio(molar ratio)on the hydrogenation reaction were investigated without the influence of mass transfer.Based on the LHHW(Langmuir-Hinshelwood-Hougen-Watson)assumption,the complex reaction process was simplified,and the kinetic model of the reaction was obtained by parameter regression.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are temperature 130℃,pressure 4 MPa and hydrogen to ester ratio 100:1.The prediction of the reaction conversion rate by the model is in good agreement with the experimental data,and the relative error of the data is within the allowable range.The results can provide guidance for the industrialization of DMCD produced by DMT hydrogenation.
