摘　　要：推进竞技体育后备人才培养改革与重塑是促进竞技体育高质量发展、实现体育强国目标的内在要求。运用文献分析、逻辑分析等方法,基于行动者网络理论剖析我国竞技体育后备人才培养困境并提出优化路径。竞技体育后备人才培养实质上是由组织与个体、物质与意识等多元异质行动者共同参与的集体行动,多元主体通过转译联结而成人才培养的行动者网络。当下竞技体育后备人才培养的内在矛盾源于非人类主体不足、转译动力不强、保障机制建设不全,致使竞技体育后备人才培养效益不高、多元主体处于离散状态、人才培养网络运行阻滞。提出以完善非人类行动者为基础提升竞技体育后备人才培养效益;以提升联结动力为手段构建竞技体育后备人才培养共同体;以构建协同机制为核心疏通竞技体育后备人才培养网络梗阻。Promoting the reform and reshaping of the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports is an inherent requirement for promoting the high-quality development of competitive sports and achieving the goal of building a strong sports country.Using research methods such as literature analysis and logical analysis,based on the theory of actor networks,this paper analyzed the difficulties in cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports in China and proposes optimization paths.The cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports is essentially a collective action involving multiple heterogeneous actors such as organizations and individuals,as well as material and consciousness.Multiple subjects are connected through translation to form a network of actors for talent cultivation.The internal contradictions in the current cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports stem from the lack of non-human subjects,weak translation motivation,and incomplete construction of guarantee mechanisms,resulting in low efficiency in the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports,a dispersed state of multiple subjects,and obstacles in the operation of talent cultivation networks.We proposed to improve the efficiency of cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports based on improving non-human actors;Constructing a community for cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports by enhancing the driving force of connection;Taking the construction of a collaborative mechanism as the core to alleviate the obstruction of the network for cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports.
