摘　　要：民有所呼,我有所应,枝叶关情,念兹在兹。建设中华民族和谐社会,是祖国发展的重要战略。潍坊在这个战略中,当先锋,打头阵。潍坊在发展社工、志愿者服务社会方面,起步早,思路新,有力度,创出了许多经验在全国推广加强社工、志愿者建设,努力增加社会温暖,促进了社会和谐、社会友情、社会互助,人民群众拍手欢迎!Social work and volunteer services play a key role in promoting social harmony and are important forces in advancing grassroots sncial governance.Since the beginning of this year,the Social Work Department of Weifang Municipal Committee has used communities as platforms,social organizations as drivers,social work as a tool,and other social forc-es as supplements to build a service mechanism characterized by resource sharing,complementary advantages,mutual promotion,and organic link-age.This approach has facilitated the linkage between social workers and volunteers.
