摘 要:利用生物信息学分析方法挖掘梅山猪骨骼肌发育中的重要基因和通路。从GEO数据库获取GSE24689基因表达谱芯片,筛选出生后3、60 d和120 d与胚胎期65 d、出生后60、120 d与出生后3 d差异表达基因,并进行GO功能富集和KEGG通路分析,接着建立PPI蛋白质—蛋白质互作网络图,并筛选蛋白关键差异表达重要候选基因。筛选获得出生前后都具有差异表达基因有113个上调和87个下调,GO功能富集和KEGG通路分析。PPI蛋白质网络分析梅山猪骨骼肌发育中关键基因为FBP 2和RRM2。梅山猪骨骼肌发育基因芯片的生物信息学分析筛选到重要基因和通路。To explore the important genes and pathways in skeletal muscle development of Meishan pig by bioinformatics analysis.GSE24689 gene expression profile chip was obtained from GEO database.Differentially expressed genes were screened at 3,60 and 120 days after birth,65 days after embryo,60 days and 120 days after birth and 3 days after birth.Go function enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out.Then PPI protein-protein interaction network was established,and key differentially expressed candidate genes were screened.113 differentially expressed genes were up-regulated and 87 down regulated before and after birth.Go function enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out.PPI protein network analysis of FBP 2 and RRM2 are the key factors in skeletal muscle development of Meishan pig.important genes and pathways were screened by bioinformatics analysis of Meishan pig skeletal muscle development gene chip.
