摘 要:为探究促黄体素释放激素A3(LRH-A3)对母牛人工授精受胎率,及对排卵迟缓母牛发情的影响。试验1:60头健康西杂母牛随机分为对照组、试验I组和试验II组3组,试验结束后,统计各组母牛受胎率;试验2:40头排卵延迟西杂母牛随机分2组,试验组分别于试验第1、3、5天注射LRH-A325μg,第12天与对照组同时注射氯前列醇钠0.3 mg,统计并对比发情率和受胎率。结果发现,试验1中试验II组受胎率(80%)高于对照组(50%)和试验I组(65%);试验2中试验组发情率(60.0%)和受胎率(66.7%)均高于对照组(25%、40%)。结果表明,注射LRH-A3可提高母牛人工授精受胎率,促进排卵迟缓母牛发情。In order to explore the effects of injecting Luteinizing hormone releasing hormone A3(LRH-A3)on the fertility rate of artificially inseminated cows,and on the estrus of delayed ovulation cows.Test 1:60 healthy Simmental crossbred cows were divided into 3 groups,the control group,the experimental group I and experimental group II.After the text,the fertility rate of cows in each group was counted.Test 2:40 Simmental crossbred cows with delayed ovulation were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group was intramuscularly injected with 25μg LRH-A3 on the 1st,3rd and 5th days of the experiment,and 0.3 mg of Cloprostenol sodium was injected with the control cows on the 12th day.The estrus rate and fertility rate were counted and compared.The results showed that the fertility rate in experimental group II(80%)was higher than in control group(50%)and experimental group I(65%)in test 1.The estrus rate and fertility rate of the experimental group(60.0%,66.7%)were higher than those of the control group(25%,40%)in test 2.The above results showed that LRH-A3 injection could improve the fertility rate of artificial insemination in cows and promote estrus in cows with delayed ovulation.
