摘　　要：甘肃白猪是一种优质的地方猪种,以其良好的适应性和高产肉性能而闻名。在现代养猪业中,对甘肃白猪进行科学的生产和综合利用技术研究具有重要意义。该文系统地总结了甘肃白猪在生产过程中的关键技术要点,包括品种选择与繁育、饲料管理、环境控制、生产管理、综合利用和市场营销等方面。通过科学合理的技术应用,不仅可以提高甘肃白猪的生产效益,还能实现资源的高效利用和环境的可持续发展。通过该文综述,以期能为养猪业提供有益的参考和指导,推动甘肃白猪产业的发展和进步。Gansu white pig is a high-grade local pig breed,which is famous for its good adaptability and high meat production performance.It is of great significance to conduct scientific research on the production and comprehensive utilization technology of Gansu white pigs in modern pig breeding industry.This paper systematically summarizes the key technical points of Gansu white pigs in the production process,including breed selection and breeding,feed management,environmental control,production management,comprehensive utilization and marketing.Through the application of scientific and reasonable technology,not only the production efficiency of Gansu white pigs can be improved,but also the efficient utilization of resources and the sustainable development of the environment can be realized.Through this review,it is hoped that it can provide useful reference and guidance for the pig raising industry and promote the development and progress of Gansu white pig industry.
