摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)是危害养猪业发展的重要病原微生物之一,PEDV可在猪群中快速传播,使猪群大面积的感染并且爆发猪流行性腹泻(PED)。感染猪群随年龄的不同呈现不同程度的临床症状,其中新生仔猪的症状尤为明显。PEDV可破坏感染仔猪的消化系统,造成其食欲不振,呕吐、腹泻、脱水等临床症状,且患有PED在仔猪死亡率极高,仔猪的大量死亡对生猪养殖产业造成极其严重的经济损失。目前预防该病的主要手段为生物安全防控及疫苗免疫注射,对PEDV产生抑制作用的药物还在积极的研发中。就目前药物对PEDV的抑制多数是在细胞感染病毒之前,如番茄碱、Griffithsin(GRFT)。该文对目前在实验中对PEDV产生一定的抑制作用的药物进行阐述,并对PED疫苗的研究进展进行简要总结。Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus(PEDV)is one of the important pathogenic microorganisms that threaten the development of the pig farming industry,PEDV can rapidly spread in pig herds,causing widespread infection and outbreaks of porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED).Infected pig herds exhibit varying degrees of clinical symptoms with age,with symptoms particularly evident in newborn piglets.PEDV can damage the digestive system of infected piglets,causing clinical symptoms such as loss of appetite,vomiting,diarrhea,and dehydration.Moreover,the mortality rate of piglets with PEDV is extremely high,and the large number of deaths in piglets causes extremely serious economic losses to the pig breeding industry.At present,the main means of preventing this disease are biosafety prevention and control,as well as vaccine immunization.Drugs that have an inhibitory effect on PEDV are still actively being developed.Currently,most of the inhibition of PEDV by drugs occurs before cell infection with viruses,such as lycopene Griffithsin(GRFT).This article elaborates on the drugs that have shown certain inhibitory effects on PEDV in experiments,and briefly summarizes the research progress of PED vaccines.
