摘　　要：由于畜牧业的特点和发展现状,知识产权保护问题尚未得到足够的重视,侵权现象时有发生,严重影响畜牧业科技创新和产业发展。要实施创新驱动发展战略,推动畜牧业发展质量变革、效率变革和动力变革,应保证人民的创造性等活动,获得应有的回报。因此,加强畜牧业知识产权保护,对于推动畜牧业科技创新、提高畜牧业竞争力、促进畜牧业可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。该文通过对畜牧业知识产权保护的现状进行分析,探讨存在的问题及其成因,并提出相应的对策建议。Due to the characteristics and current development status of animal husbandry,the issue of intellectual property protection has not received sufficient attention,and infringement phenomena occur from time to time,seriously affecting the technological innovation and industrial development of animal husbandry.To implement the innovation driven development strategy and promote the quality,efficiency,and driving force changes of animal husbandry development,it is necessary to ensure that people's creative activities receive the appropriate returns.Therefore,strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in animal husbandry is of great practical significance for promoting technological innovation,enhancing competitiveness,and promoting sustainable development of animal husbandry.This article analyzes the current situation of intellectual property protection in animal husbandry,explores the existing problems and their causes,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
