摘 要:随着风力发电的大规模并网,双馈风电机组经串补线路并网系统容易发生次同步振荡的问题,目前对次同步振荡产生机理缺乏整体性研究。利用阻抗分析法,考虑转子侧与网侧变流器,建立双馈风电机组经串补线路并网系统的等效电路模型,并对并网系统的等效阻抗表达式进行理论推导,详细分析不同控制器参数及串补度对等效电阻与等效电抗的影响,揭示次同步振荡的产生机理。然后,利用特征值法和时域仿真法,验证所提研究方法的有效性。研究结果表明:转子侧与网侧变流器都不考虑时误差较大,只考虑转子侧与转子侧和网侧都考虑时更接近实际值,准确度更高;只考虑转子侧和全考虑时基本一致,考虑网侧对次同步振荡的影响很小;次同步振荡的阻尼比和振荡频率主要受转子侧控制参数的影响,尤其是内环比例与内环积分参数;次同步振荡的阻尼比和振荡频率都随着串补度增加而逐渐降低。阻抗分析法的物理意义更加明确,可以直接找到系统的相关参数的影响,使得研究工作具有更大的价值。With the large-scale grid-connection of wind power,the sub-synchronous oscillation of doubly-fed wind turbines easily occurs in the grid-connection system through serial compensation lines.Firstly,the equivalent circuit model of the gridconnected system of doubly-fed wind turbines is established through serial complement by using the impedance analysis method,considering the converters on the rotor side and grid side,and the equivalent impedance expression of the grid-connected system is theoretically deduced,the influence of different controller parameters and serial complement on equivalent resistance and equivalent reactance is analyzed in detail,and the generation mechanism of sub-synchronous oscillation is revealed.Then,the eigenvalue method and time domain simulation method are used to verify the validity of the proposed research method.The results show that the error is larger when both the rotor side and the network side are not considered,and the accuracy is closer to the actual value when both the rotor side and the network side are considered.Considering only the rotor side and the full consideration are basically the same,considering the network side has little effect on the sub-synchronous oscillation.The damping ratio and frequency of sub-synchronous oscillation are mainly affected by the rotor side control parameters,especially the inner ring ratio and inner ring integral parameters.The damping ratio and frequency of the subsynchronous oscillation decrease gradually with the increase of the series complement.The physical significance of impedance analysis is clear,and the influence of relevant parameters of the system can be directly found,which gives the research work greater value.
