超声心动图在经皮冠状动脉介入术联合溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死疗效评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的超声心动图在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术联合溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死疗效评价中的应用。方法以2021年1月至2023年12月期间我院收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,将其凭借随机数字表法均分2组。对照组应用PCI术治疗,观察组应用PCI术联合溶栓治疗。用超声心动图评定2组治疗疗效差异,并对比2组患者对治疗的满意度。结果术后1个月与术后0.5个月相比,2组左室短轴缩短率(FS)以及射血分数(EF)均有所降低(P<0.05);术后1个月与术后0.5个月相比,左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)以及左室舒张末期内径(LVD)均有所提升(P<0.05);术后半个月,组间室壁节段运动指数对比(P>0.05);术后1个月,组间室壁节段运动指数对比,为观察组更低(P<0.05);术后1个月与术后0.5个月相比,2组室壁节段运动指数均有所降低(P<0.05);观察组患者对治疗满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论经超声心动图评定,急性心肌梗死患者应用PCI术联合溶栓治疗后获得了更佳的治疗效果。Objective The application of echocardiography in the evaluation of the efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)combined with thrombolysis in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital between January 2021 and December 2023 were studied,and they were divided into two groups by the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with PCI and the observation group was treated with PCI combined with thrombolysis.Echocardiography was used to assess the difference in therapeutic efficacy between the two groups and to compare the satisfaction of patients with the treatment in the two groups.Results FS as well as EF were reduced in both groups compared with one month after surgery and half a month after surgery(P<0.05);LVESV,LVEDV and LVD were elevated compared with one month after surgery and half a month after surgery(P<0.05);the ventricular wall segmental motion indices were compared between the groups half a month after surgery(P>0.05);the ventricular wall segmental motion index was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);one month after the operation compared with half a month after the operation,the ventricular wall segmental motion index was lower in both groups(P<0.05);and the patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the treatment than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As assessed by echocardiography,patients with acute myocardial infarction obtained better therapeutic effects after applying PCI combined with thrombolytic therapy.
