摘 要:目的:观察胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月该院收治的94例DPN患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组采用硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)]水平和周围神经传导速度[运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、T-AOC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组正中神经、腓总神经的SNCV、MNCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗基础上采用胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗DPN患者可提高治疗总有效率和周围神经传导速度,改善氧化应激指标水平,效果优于单纯硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 94 patients with DPN admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Thioctic acid and Mecobalamin,while the observation group was treated with Pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)],and the peripheral nerve conduction velocities[motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%(46/47),which was higher than 82.98%(39/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of SOD and T-AOC were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the SNCV and MNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on the basis of Thioctic acid and Mecobalamin in the treatment of the DPN patients with can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the peripheral nerve conduction velocities,and improve the levels of oxidative stress indexes.Moreover,it is superior to simple Thioctic acid and Mecobalamin treatment.
