宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年3月该院收治的84例足月妊娠引产产妇的临床资料,按照引产方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组在对照组基础上联合宫颈扩张球囊引产。比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、临产开始时间、总产程时间、分娩方式和并发症发生率。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率为92.86%(39/42),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临产开始时间、总产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.14%(3/42),低于对照组的26.19%(11/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素应用于足月妊娠引产中可提高促宫颈成熟总有效率,缩短临产开始时间和总产程时间,改善分娩方式,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯缩宫素引产。Objective:To observe application effect of cervical dilatation balloon combined with Oxytocin in induced labor of full-term pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 84 full-term pregnant women with induced labor admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different methods of induced labor,they were divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was induced by Oxytocin,while the observation group was induced by cervical dilatation balloon on the basis of that of the control group.The promoting cervical ripening effect,the start time of labor,the total labor time,the delivery mode,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of promoting cervical ripening in the observation group was 92.86%(39/42),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The start time of labor and the total labor time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%(3/42),which was lower than 26.19%(11/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cervical dilatation balloon combined with Oxytocin in induced labor of full-term pregnancy can improve the total effective rate of promoting cervical ripening,shorten the start time of labor and the total labor time,improve the mode of delivery,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to simple Oxytocin induced labor.
