血清CRP、IL-6水平与新生儿黄疸病情严重程度的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与新生儿黄疸病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年10月该院收治的80例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究组,另选取同期该院80名健康新生儿为对照组。比较两组、不同黄疸类型、不同病情严重程度患儿血清CRP、IL-6水平,采用Spearman相关性分析血清CRP、IL-6水平与新生儿黄疸病情严重程度的相关性。结果:研究组血清CRP、IL-6水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理性黄疸患儿血清CRP、IL-6水平均高于生理性黄疸患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度患儿血清CRP、IL-6水平均高于中度、轻度患儿,且中度患儿高于轻度患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CRP、IL-6水平与新生儿黄疸病情严重程度均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清CRP、IL-6水平与新生儿黄疸病情严重程度均呈正相关。Objective:To analyze correlations between serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and severity of neonatal jaundice.Methods:From January 2021 to October 2023,80 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to the hospital were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy newborns in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CRP and IL-6 were compared between the two groups and the children with different types of jaundice and different degrees of illness.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlations between the serum CRP and IL-6 levels and the severity of neonatal jaundice.Results:The levels of serum CRP and IL-6 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum CRP and IL-6 in the children with pathological jaundice were higher than those in the children with physiological jaundice,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum CRP and IL-6 in the severe children were higher than those in the moderate and mild children,those in the moderate children were higher than those in the mild children,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the levels of serum CRP and IL-6 were positively correlated with the severity of neonatal jaundice(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum CRP and IL-6 levels are positively correlated with the severity of neonatal jaundice.
