信息-动机-行为技巧模型护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年2月于该院行常规护理的49例剖宫产产妇设为对照组,另选取2022年3月至2023年3月于该院行IMB模型护理的49例剖宫产产妇设为观察组。比较两组护理前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]评分,以及并发症发生率。结果:护理2、4周后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理4周后,两组GSES评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的16.33%(8/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IMB模型护理应用于剖宫产产妇,可减轻其负性情绪,提高自我效能,降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB)nursing in parturients with cesarean section.Methods:From February 2021 to February 2022,49 parturients with cesarean section who received routine nursing in the hospital were included in the control group.In addition,49 parturients with cesarean section who received IMB model nursing in the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were included in the observation group.The scores of negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]before and after the nursing,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 and 4 weeks of nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of nursing,the GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 16.33%(8/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:IMB model nursing in parturients with cesarean section can reduce their negative emotions,improve their self-efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
