中温固化环氧树脂体系在不同促进剂条件下的固化特性研究

摘  要:针对碳纤维预浸料用中温固化环氧树脂体系,文章采用平板拉丝法、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及流变仪研究了3种不同促进剂条件下中温环氧树脂体系的固化特性。3种促进剂的加入都能显著提高双氰胺(DICY)环氧树脂体系的反应活性,加快固化速度。其中,U500促进剂无论是在高温150℃还是在100~120℃的低温环境下都具有较好的促进效果,且DSC放热峰较尖锐,具有集中放热的特点。相对而言,促进剂PN23具有低温稳定、高温促进活性升高的特点,且放热峰胖矮,有助于减少集中放热现象,最小黏度较高,适合零吸胶工艺树脂体系的制备。Regarding the medium temperature cured epoxy resin system for carbon fiber prepreg,this paper studies the curing characteristics of medium temperature epoxy resin systems under three different accelerator conditions with the flat plate drawing method,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and rheometer.The addition of three types of accelerators can significantly improve the reactivity of the dicyandiamide(DICY)epoxy resin system and accelerate the curing speed.U500 accelerator has a good promoting effect either at high temperature of 150℃or at low temperature from 100 to 120℃,and the DSC exothermic peak is sharp,with the characteristic of concentrated heat release.Relatively speaking,accelerator PN23 has the characteristics of low temperature stability and high temperature promotion of activity,and its exothermic peak is short and fat,which helps to reduce concentrated exothermic phenomenon.Its minimum viscosity is high,making it suitable for the preparation of zero absorption resin system.
