摘 要:致臭菌在纺织品中分解残留物产生难闻气味,严重影响产品品质与消费者体验。纺织业须应对致臭菌的挑战,优化生产环境,控制湿度温度,减少有机物残留,选择合适的纤维材料。测试范围涵盖抗致臭菌性能检测,如T/CNGA58—2024标准的实施,为纺织品质控提供科学依据。行业须加强技术创新、完善标准、加强消费者教育,共研环保防臭技术,推动绿色发展。未来,技术进步与标准完善将助力纺织业应对致臭菌挑战,提升产品质量与市场竞争力。Odor-causing bacteria in textiles decompose residues to produce unpleasant odors,severely affecting the quality of products and consumer experience.The textile industry needs to address the challenge of odor-causing bacteria by optimizing production environments,controlling humidity and temperature,reducing organic residue,and selecting suitable fiber materials.The testing scope covers the performance detection of odor-causing bacteria,such as the implementation of the T/CNGA 58—2024 standard,providing a scientific basis for textile quality control.The industry needs to strengthen technological innovation,improve standards,educate consumers,jointly research environmentally friendly odor-resistant technologies,and promote green development.In the future,technological advancements and the improvement of standards will help the textile industry address the challenge of odor-causing bacteria,enhancing product quality and market competitiveness.
