摘  要:海泡石又称“耐火白土”,隔热、耐高温及热稳定等性能较好。文章以海泡石为核心基材、C18-氯化烷烃为有机组分、氯化镁为无机组分,采用水热沉淀法,制得新型海泡石阻燃剂,并分别在纺织品及纸制品中进行阻燃应用。结果表明,经阻燃处理的棉织物平均续燃时间为1.27 s,平均阴燃时间为4.86 s,平均损毁长度为47.20 mm;经阻燃处理的牛皮纸平均续燃时间为0.94 s,平均灼燃时间为4.30 s,平均炭化长度为42.80 mm,均达到了阻燃织物及阻燃纸的国家标准,证明了该新型阻燃剂具有良好的阻燃性能。Sepiolite,also known as“refractory clay”,has good properties such as thermal insulation,high temperature resistance and thermal stability.The experiment uses sepiolite as the core substrate,C18-chlorinated alkanes as the organic component,and magnesium chloride as the inorganic component.A new type of sepiolite flame retardant is prepared by hydrothermal precipitation method and applied in textiles and paper products for flame retardancy.The results showed that the cotton fabric treated with flame retardant had an average flaming time of 1.27 s,an average afterglow time of 4.86 s,and an average damaged length of 47.20 mm;the kraft paper treated with flame retardant has an average flaming time of 0.94 s,an average glowing time of 4.30 s,and an average char length of 42.80 mm,all of which meet the Chinese national standards for flame-retardant fabrics and flame retardant paper,proving that this new flame retardant has good flame-retardant properties.
