摘  要:分析了测定煤料含硫量的必要性,依照某地区的全硫监测计划,对区域内50家用煤企业,开展煤质监测,测定其煤料的含硫情况。在实际煤质监测中,对比了库伦法与红外法后,最终确定使用红外法开展监测,改进原有的红外测定体系,以此精准获取煤料含硫情况。在50家企业煤质监测结果中,有43家企业用煤含硫量处于1%以内,整体未出现含硫超标问题。案例地区2023年排出的二氧化硫量明显减少,区域内低硫煤质控制效果较好。Mthis paper briefly analyzes the necessity of determining the sulfur content of coal,according to the total sulfur monitoring plan of a certain region,50 coal enterprises in the region,carry out coal quality monitoring,determine the sulfur content of coal.In the actual coal quality monitoring,after comparing Coulometry and infrared method,we finally decided to use infrared method to carry out monitoring and improve the original infrared measurement system,so as to accurately obtain the sulfur content of coal.In the coal quality monitoring results of 50 enterprises,43 enterprises with sulfur content in less than 1%,the overall no sulfur problem.The amount of SO2 emitted by the 2023 in the case area was significantly reduced,and the quality control of low-sulfur coal in the area was better.
