摘　　要：电解铝生产中电气设备的有效管理是确保生产安全和提高生产效率的关键。首先概述了电气设备管理的基本原则与目标,包括设备安全性、高效运行、维护与寿命以及成本控制。对电解铝生产中电气设备的分类及功能进行了详细说明,涉及变压器、整流设备、自动控制系统、电解槽供电系统及辅助电气设备。进一步探讨了电气设备管理的策略,包括预防性维护、故障诊断与处理以及运行监控与优化,强调了定期检查、预防性更换、故障检测技术、实时监控系统、数据分析与设备优化以及能效管理的重要性。Effective management of electrical equipment in aluminum electrolysis production is crucial to ensuring production safety and enhancing production efficiency.This article first outlines the basic principles and objectives of electrical equipment management,including equipment safety,efficient operation,maintenance and lifespan,and cost control.Detailed explanations are provided on the classification and functions of electrical equipment in aluminum electrolysis production,covering transformers,rectifier equipment,automatic control systems,electrolytic cell power supply systems,and auxiliary electrical equipment.The article further delves into strategies for electrical equipment management,including preventive maintenance,fault diagnosis and handling,and operational monitoring and optimization,emphasizing the importance of regular inspections,preventive replacements,fault detection technologies,real-time monitoring systems,data analysis and equipment optimization,as well as energy management.
