摘 要:利用总氮分析模块通过调整管路和程序参数进行亚硝酸盐氮测定。用改装后的总氮分析模块绘制亚硝酸盐氮标准曲线,相关系数r>0.999,线性良好。根据《环境监测分析方法标准制订技术导则》(HJ 168-2020)的相关规定分别验证该方法的检出限、测定下限。结果表明,检出限为0.002 mg/L,测定下限为0.008 mg/L,测定上限为0.5 mg/L。同时对标准样品进行检测,标准样品的检测结果合格,相对标准偏差为0.3%~2.3%。地表水的加标回收率为98%。采用配对样本t检验法将该方法与(GB/T 7493-1987)《水质亚硝酸盐氮的测定分光光度法》进行比对,结果表明两种方法无显著性差异。此方法简单快捷,对于实际水样的测定结果令人满意。The total nitrogen analysis module was used to determine nitrite nitrogen by adjusting pipeline and program parameters.A nitrite nitrogen standard curve using the modified total nitrogen analysis module was drew,with a correlation coefficient r>0.999,with good linearity.The detection limit and lower determination limit of this method were verified according to the Technical Guideline for the Development of Environmental Monitoring Analytical Method Standards(HJ 168-2020).The detection limit was 0.002 mg/L,the lower limit of determination was 0.008 mg/L,an upper limit of determination of 0.5 mg/L,At the same time,the standard sample was tested.The test result of the standard sample was qualified,and the relative standard deviation of 0.3%to 2.3%,and a spiked recovery rate of 98%for surface water.The paired sample t-test method was used to compare this method with the(GB/T 7493-1987)Water quality Determination of nitrite(nitrite)-Spectrophotometric method,and the results showed no significant difference between the two methods.This method is simple and fast,and the results of actual water sample determination are satisfactory.
